We're recruiting on behalf of a growing international technology solutions business seeking a Logistics Associate & Staging Support to join its operations team based in Schiphol-Noord.
This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring technology equipment is received, managed, configured, and shipped accurately to customers. You'll work closely with warehouse, sales, and finance teams while helping to maintain efficient day-to-day logistics operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments
- Receiving and inspecting deliveries
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
- Coordinating with freight and logistics providers
- Supporting IT equipment staging, testing, and configuration
- Ensuring warehouse organisation and compliance with health & safety standards
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or operational support, and we also welcome candidates with a genuine interest in technology, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and inventory/stock management systems
- A proactive, reliable approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with EU export documentation
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT hardware staging experience
- Reach truck licence

Pay: From €40.000,00 per year
