As an M&A Director, you will lead high‑value cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, overseeing complex deal structuring, negotiation, and execution within a capital‑intensive investment environment. Operating without micromanagement, you will manage multimillion‑euro transaction cycles, coordinate senior advisors, and drive strategic expansion for corporate and institutional clients.
You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape long‑term acquisition strategy, evaluate market opportunities, and secure high‑impact deals across European and global markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end M&A deal execution, including valuation, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage warm client portfolios consisting of UHNW individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Oversee financial modelling, due diligence, and risk assessment for complex transactions.
- Coordinate legal, tax, compliance, and advisory teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify strategic acquisition targets and develop long‑term growth frameworks.
- Present deal strategies and financial outcomes to board‑level stakeholders.
- Participate in carried‑interest profit distribution for successful transactions.
