Job Description:
1. Overall management of pre-sales solution support;
2. Leading the management of project implementation;
3. Coordinating pre-sales and in-sales business risk control;
4. Assisting in building global support capability;
5. Responsible for pre-sales support of international business projects, providing project solutions, responding to customer’s RFP, participating in bidding and presentation work, answering customer inquiries, technical exchanges, and providing comprehensive business support;
6. Provide support during the project provisioning process, assist the project manager in solving solution implementation problems;
7. Before signing the contract, output solution cost evaluation; after signing, coordinate in-sales implementation risk control;
8. Provide solutions for support needs proposed by companies in various countries around the world, and assist the company in building global support capability.
Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in Computer / Communication related majors;
2. Familiar with fixed network communication field knowledge (OSI layers 1 to 3), ICT solutions, cloud solutions, security services and related software and hardware, have experience and ability to deploy, test and verify solutions for customers on site, understand transmission, switching, hybrid cloud, IoT, smart city related services and other innovative technologies;
3. Have 3-5 years or more of communication or ICT solution design and implementation experience, those with project management or on-site engineering experience are preferred;
4. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and rigorous logical thinking ability, need to maintain efficient, professional cooperation with internal and external teams, have strong pressure resistance;
5. Have good English, Mandarin writing and communication skills;
6. CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certificate is preferred, holders of CISSP, ACP/ACE or AWS advanced certification are preferred;
7. Those with strong learning ability, innovative spirit, and pressure resistance are preferred;
8. Those who are willing to go abroad to work and assist the national company to provide global solution support are preferred;
9. Due to the time difference, it may be necessary to cooperate with the working hours of other national companies;
10. Those who are willing to accept overseas business trip arrangements are preferred.

Pay: €2.900,00 - €5.000,00 per month
