As a Project Coordinator at TMC, you work on civil and infrastructure projects within the spatial domain, such as infrastructure, mobility, energy transition, water safety, and area development. These are projects where numerous disciplines, stakeholders, and interests come together, and effective coordination is essential for the project's success. In your role, you support and relieve the manager and the team in the daily management of the project. You ensure structure in processes, monitor the progress of actions and plans, and contribute to smooth collaboration between technology, environment, contracts, and execution. You are involved in various project phases, from preparation and design to execution and delivery. This includes organizing meetings, maintaining schedules and action lists, preparing decision-making processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You also identify risks and bottlenecks and communicate these promptly to the project team. The assignments vary in scope and complexity and take place at organizations such as (local) governments, water boards, contractors, grid operators, and engineering and consultancy firms. Regardless of the assignment, your role remains the same: ensuring projects are organized, manageable, and well-coordinated, so that content experts and project management can perform their tasks optimally.
