From Noordwijkerhout, we provide a complete mobility solution for the business market in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg from the very start. As a Customer Consultant, you are a crucial link in both our customer and sales processes.
As a Customer Services Representative at DKV Euro Service B.V., you will be the main point of contact for our customers and will actively contribute to strengthening customer relationships and commercial growth. From our office in Noordwijkerhout, you will support customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg with their mobility-related questions. You will advise customers, think along proactively and identify commercial opportunities.
You will work closely with the field sales team, prepare quotations, follow up on requests and actively look for opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to growth.
You will join a committed and enthusiastic team of 12 colleagues, where collaboration, sharing knowledge and helping each other come naturally. Together, you ensure that customers feel heard and supported — and that commercial opportunities are not left untapped. In this role, you will report to the Teamlead Customer Service.
Your responsibilities:
- Acting as the telephone point of contact for customers and the field sales team;
- Answering customer questions and requests by email;
- Recording activities and processing changes in CRM systems;
- Acting as the link between the customer and the field sales team;
- Advising customers on suitable solutions;
- Making courtesy calls to new customers to welcome them and answer any questions they may have about our products and services;
- Providing sales support through upselling.
