Description
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Food Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face delivering tasty Thai meals directly to our customers’ doors. If you enjoy driving, providing excellent customer service, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We deliver our products by e-bike and e-scooter.
Tasks
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders promptly and accurately.
- Ensure food is transported in optimal condition, maintaining quality and temperature.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery times and any special instructions.
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently using navigation tools and organizational skills.
- Handle cash or electronic payments when necessary, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of delivery equipment and vehicle at all times.
- Provide friendly, professional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid (scooter) driving license with clean driving record is preferred.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in food delivery is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in or English
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Basic food management knowledge to handle orders properly during transport.
- Excellent time management abilities to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to safety and security protocols.
