The Team
A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) team works with investors and their portfolio companies to provide independent analysis and end-to-end services across the investment lifecycle. Whether serving in a performance improvement advisory capacity or in interim management roles, the team leverages a deep operational heritage and proven approaches, such as the proprietary Rapid Results Program, to assess risks and identify key areas impeding performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance team and work on a variety of pan-European assignments, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to support clients in mission-critical situations.
How you will contribute
Conduct operational due diligence, 100-day planning, post-merger integration, and performance improvement.
Work across complex operational issues, including manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, and purchasing.
Qualifications
Desirable:
Cross-sector experience, including telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, energy, retail, consumer goods, transport, business services, and healthcare.
