Logistic Office Assistant
Gimas Ship Supply & Services B.V. is a trusted ship supplier with over 30 years of experience. We deliver high-quality products and services to ships around the world. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a enthusiastic Logistic Office Assistant to join our dedicated team.
What You’ll Do
- Performing general administrative and office tasks;
- Supporting our maritime clients with their vessel supply needs;
- Preparing provision and technical quotations for customers;
- Managing the full order processing cycle;
- Provide support to the sales and accounting teams by preparing sales invoices and assisting with related administrative tasks;
- Supporting logistics operations and international shipping procedures.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in the ship supply industry is an advantage;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications;
- Willingness to learn and work with modern technologies, software, and applications;
- HBO-level qualification or comparable experience;
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently and respond quickly.
