About the Role
Max Value is looking for a proactive ICT Support Specialist to support our employees and help improve our digital work environment. We currently work with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint) and will gradually transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will play an important role in supporting this transition.
Responsibilities
· Provide ICT support for hardware and software issues.
· Manage Microsoft 365 users and permissions.
· Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· Assist with the implementation and optimization of Business Central.
· Support employees with Business Central and Microsoft 365 applications.
· Install and configure laptops, printers and software.
· Help improve digital workflows within the company.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.
· Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint).
· Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
· Able to work independently.
· Available at least 3 days per week (with the possibility to expand to 5 days).
A Strong Advantage
Candidates with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, who can train colleagues, provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot Business Central issues, and help employees work more efficiently, will have a strong advantage over other applicants.
