At Hemera Textiles (Hem, North Holland), we sort, wash, repair, pack, and distribute vintage clothing. We also design and produce new items made from upcycled materials. To support our growing organisation, we are looking for a motivated Team Leader for the Tagroom department.
As a Team Leader, you are the link between the team and management. You ensure a smooth running of the process and make sure clothing is correctly sorted and labelled so it reaches the right stores.
You will work in an active, hands-on environment where you are present on the shop floor. This is a physical and dynamic role where you are on your feet and constantly moving throughout the day, working closely with your team to keep the process running efficiently. In addition, you will use computer systems to accurately register and track the process.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the Tagroom team;
- Monitoring quality, speed, and safety;
- Planning daily work activities and allocating tasks;
- Onboarding and coaching new employees;
- Contributing to process improvements.
- You have experience in a supervisory or coordinating role (preferably in production or logistics);
- You have strong communication skills and speak either Dutch or English fluently;
- You can maintain overview and switch quickly in an active working environment;
- You enjoy being physically and practically engaged in your work;
- You have a strong eye for detail and prioritise quality;
- You are a team player who is also confident in making decisions;
- You live in or near Hem.

- Working hours vary between 07:00–16:00 and 08:00–17:00, depending on the schedule.
