About The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Director of Sales to fulfil a critical position in Wavix, offering cloud-based communication solutions, CPaaS platforms allowing developers to add real-time communication features like voice, video, and messaging to their applications without needing to build backend infrastructure.
This crucial role involves close collaboration with The CEO and various departments to execute a robust sales and business development strategy, ultimately driving business growth.
Full Management of the sales team, partnerships and SMS Wholesale, SDRS and Sales Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the CPaaS sector.
Identify new business opportunities; target markets, and customer segments.
Set and achieve sales targets, both for yourself and as part of a team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and how the company's CPaaS solutions can meet them.
Provide consultative sales support, helping clients to understand the value and benefits of integrating CPaaS solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the overall CPaaS market landscape.
Gather feedback from customers and the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing, product development teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the development of marketing materials, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms that align with company policies.
Close, complex deals that contribute significantly to the company’s revenue.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics for senior management.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive experience in sales, particularly in the CPaaS or related technology sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of CPaaS technologies and how they integrate with customer solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex sales processes and market data to make informed decisions.
Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into sales opportunities.
