Want to design and develop the next generation of radar features?
As our new Systems Engineer, you will expand our system capabilities by designing, developing, and testing advanced new features.
You’ll implement performance optimizations and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring all enhancements integrate smoothly while maintaining total system stability. Depending on your core discipline, you will report directly to either the Head of Innovation or the Team Lead of Detection & Tracking, serving as a vital technical pillar for our evolving technology.
Develop new algorithms and ensure seamless hardware, software, and network integration.
Design test scripts and diagnostic tools to optimize functionality and prevent regression.
Identify design or operational risks and engineer proactive mitigation strategies.
Partner with Product Managers and Developers to deliver efficient radar solutions.
Analyze system data—including false alarms and tracking accuracy—to improve performance.
Research academic solutions and supervise MSc/PhD students on corporate research projects.
Collaborate with key customers and internal teams to define and resolve feature requirements.
Establish best practices and innovative routines to maximize engineering quality.
Create and maintain detailed design documentation, technical specifications, and test reports.
Coordinate system, software, and knowledge transfers during the formal release process.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a relevant technical field.
3+ years of experience in engineering science, computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
Proficiency in software and programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, and C++.
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong system-level thinking and analytical skills to diagnose complex problems and implement proactive improvements.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams, academic institutions, and international clients.
High autonomy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks independently while staying aligned with the team.
