As an HR Administrator, you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks relating to payroll administration and the applicable employment conditions. You will also be the point of contact for questions about our local and global HR policies and procedures. You will support our (international) employees – our customers - and handle enquiries received via our centralised case management system.
Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for:
- Accurate and efficient handling of incoming HR‑related questions via cases and telephone;
- You will handle the day‑to‑day administrative processing of a diverse range of data changes in our HR core system;
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders such as managers, employees, People Relations Partners and subject matter experts (e.g. Payroll Department, Digital Workplace Solutions, Finance);
- Contributing to the quality of our service delivery;
- Working effectively and constructively within the team.

As our new temporary HR Administrator, you will become part of our Global Service department that consists of around 32 enthusiastic international colleagues. We support employees through an online platform and via telephone. Our People Services includes a front office, back office, APAC and Projects and Reporting team. We primarily support the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, India, Philippines and Vietnam. As an energetic and driven team, we work closely together to ensure all administration, questions and requests are completed accurately and on time. We also ensure that annual HR processes are managed professionally and smoothly, so that we can enhance society together.
For the period from 1 August 2026 until 31 January 2027, we are looking for an energetic service professional who enjoys providing high‑quality support in managing the daily flow of HR‑related questions and data changes.
- A relevant Bachelor’s or MBO degree (e.g., HRM, MER, business studies or similar);
- Availability for 36–40 hours per week;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Familiarity with the standard Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of AFAS Profit is an advantage;
- A team player with a pragmatic and positive ‘can‑do’ mentality, able to work under pressure.
