What are your responsibilities?
As a Groups, Meetings & Events Specialist, you are responsible for guiding group bookings and events from enquiry to execution.
Working closely with our Proactive Sales and Revenue teams you manage incoming leads, prepare proposals, negotiate event details and secure bookings. Once confirmed, you remain the main point of contact for your clients, coordinating with our Operational teams every aspect of their event and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Whether you are planning an international conference, corporate meeting, training session or social event, you work closely with other departments to bring every detail together. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail and passion for hospitality help create memorable experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will:
- Manage group and event enquiries from proposal through execution
- Prepare quotations, contracts and event documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate event requirements with operational departments including Banqueting, Front Office, F&B and Finance
- Manage rooming lists, meeting spaces and event details
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue
- Ensure accurate billing, forecasting and administration
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in groups, meetings, events, hotel sales or a similar hospitality environment
- Has excellent organizational and communication skills
- Is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Takes ownership and enjoys working independently while being part of a team
- Has a commercial mindset and recognizes opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about hospitality
- Has a good command of English. Dutch is a pre.
