As Marketing Operations Manager, you are the central link within the marketing organisation. You translate marketing strategies into concrete projects, campaigns and activations while overseeing the entire process from concept to launch. You bring structure to a dynamic environment, monitor progress and ensure teams work together effectively to achieve shared goals.
You work closely with colleagues across Marketing, E commerce, Retail and Buying, while also coordinating with external agencies and suppliers. You not only keep track of planning, budgets and deliverables, but also contribute strategically to the content. You understand how successful campaigns are built and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand identity and commercial objectives.
From the initial briefing through to evaluation, you are involved every step of the way. You translate marketing initiatives into clear project plans, manage dependencies across teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the further professionalisation of project management within Marketing, helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.
In this role, you report to the Brand & Marketing Director and lead the Junior Marketing Project Manager and Traffic Planner. Together, you create structure, maintain oversight and ensure the successful execution of all marketing activities.
