E-fulfilment Shop is a young and extremely ambitious company that currently provides logistics services for more than 80 online stores — and we continue to grow rapidly.
For our Internal department, we are looking for a motivated and versatile team member who enjoys playing a central and essential role in our daily operations.
As an Internal Operations Associate, you ensure that all internal processes run smoothly. You handle a wide range of tasks where accuracy, responsibility, and efficiency are key.
What will you be doing?
- Order Processing: Accurately and promptly process internal orders and any special instructions.
- Production & Assembly: Perform production tasks such as assembling or preparing products according to specific guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Refill products from pallets, maintain internal stock levels, and signal when items need replenishment.
- Customer Support: Once you have learned all the basics, you will also handle a portion of customer support to assist our clients directly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Inbound and Outbound departments to ensure smooth, efficient and error-free operations across the entire workflow.

What we are looking for
- 3-5 days per week (depending on busyness and performance).
- Experience in logistics
- Working times: start at 07:30 until 16:00, including a 30-min break
- Experience in logistics or production is a must
- Flexible and regularly available
- Accurate, fast and focused
- Able to count and sort stock correctly
- Able to look critically at processes and propose improvements
Nice to have:
- Reach truck experience (not required but a big plus)
- Education and age are not important
Contract
- 0-hour contract for 7 months (including one-month trial period). After this contract it will be extended with 1 year.
- View to a permanent contract.
