We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Guest Experience Agent to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests and delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Agent, you will play a key role in shaping each guest's journey from arrival to departure. Acting as a lobby ambassador, you will provide warm welcomes, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
- Support a seamless arrival and departure experience in collaboration with the Front Office team
- Build genuine relationships with guests and anticipate their individual preferences and needs
- Assist with VIP arrivals, room escorting, and special occasions
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, local attractions, and experiences
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to deliver a personalized stay
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Identify opportunities to surprise and delight guests throughout their stay
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a guest-facing hospitality role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, confident, and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
