LusoDutch is looking for highly adaptable CE Drivers who thrive on variety. In this position, you will not be tied to just one routine; you will be the "Strategic Reserve" for three of the largest retail networks in the Benelux, switching between different distribution styles to keep the country stocked.
This position requires a driver who is a "Swiss Army Knife" on the road. You will be responsible for three distinct types of operations:
Large-Scale Discount Distribution: Focused on pallet transport with high efficiency and only 2–3 stops per trip.
Premium Chain Logistics: High-frequency delivery using roll containers, involving 10–13 stops per shift.
Convenience Store Supply: Specialized delivery to local neighborhood hubs using roll containers.
The Commitment: You must be willing and able to perform all three types of work.
The Schedule: Flexibility is key. You will be obligated to work both Day and Night shifts as part of the rotation.
The Commute: Ideally suited for those living within a 30km radius of the base (options available for those relocating to the Leeuwarden/Apeldoorn corridor).
Because this role requires extra versatility and shift flexibility, it is paid at the premium D6 level.
Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.
Weekly Volume: A stable 45-hour week.
Payment: Reliable weekly payments.
Dutch Premium Bonus System:
Night Shift Premium: Hours worked between 21:00 and 05:00 are paid at 119%.
130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).
150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.
200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).
Versatility: You must be physically and mentally prepared to switch between pallet and roll-container work daily.
Flexibility: Absolute availability for both day and night shifts is mandatory.
Language: Good communication skills in English.
