Your role As a Store Manager, you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations and making strategic decisions regarding product placement to meet established commercial objectives. In this leadership role, you will oversee and organize your team, ensuring collaboration and professional development, while driving store profitability through effective space management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional customer experience provided by the team of the Store. To support your Store, we ensure that you have open and flexible communication channels to the regional HR and Commercial team. You will report directly to the HR and Commercial Managers. Main Responsibilities Store Operations • Manage HR Indicators (KPIs) performance, ensuring targets are exceeded throughout the store. • Oversee the cleaning standards inside the store ensuring they are in line with the company’s guidelines • Monitor the uniforms’ allocation for Customer Care Experts and Managers according to the company’s policy • Overlook replenishment is done in a timely and effective manner through all the departments • Ensure that the store is merchandised according to the company’s standards and commercial guidelines taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and image of the brand • Implement the ideal rotas to ensure you have the correct covering, taking into consideration the budget of hours provided by the HR Business Partner. • Ensure that the department is merchandised according to the company’s standards and commercial guidelines taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and image of the brand • Oversees the till processes, ensuring good customer care, and sees that all company policies are adhered to.
