During this 2-year program, you will get to know all the facets of Financial and Business Control by being involved in five different assignments. Those are the following topics: Accounts Payable, Financial Control, Project Administration, Project Control, and Analytics/Reporting. The various assignments will allow you to grow as a professional, in an environment where teamwork, ownership, and empowerment are highly valued. You work in the specific department where you are assigned, work on a larger project, and focus on growing your (soft) skills. After 2 years of assignments, you have seen a wide variety of positions, which enables you to take the next step within our organization.
Throughout the Finance Traineeship program, you will have a mentor from the Finance management team to guide you, providing overall career advice and support. In addition to your mentor, you will have a coach at each station. The coach will be your first point of contact and will teach you the ins and outs of that specific station. Both mentors and coaches are available to help you develop professionally and provide you with the tools you need to make your traineeship a success.

As a trainee, you will learn more about the different departments of Financial and Business Control, and work in them.
You are a recent graduate or about to graduate from your bachelor’s or master’s degree in a financial field. You are ambitious, have a result driven mindset and are enthusiastic to grow and learn more.
- You are digitally savvy (you quickly pick up new systems and processes).
- Work experience: 0-2 years;
- Your home base is generally Amersfoort (3 days per week in the office/2 days at home), although we ask for flexibility to go to our other offices in the Netherlands.
- A good mastery of the English language is required;
- Proficiency in the Dutch language is a bonus but not required.

This extensive training program will enhance your financial and innovative savviness. You will have access to different online courses at our (internal) Finance Academy. And on top of this, the traineeship will automatically qualify you for our Young Professional Program, in which you can develop your communication, leadership, and project management skills. You are in a group with young professionals from all different departments within our company, so you will get to know a lot of different colleagues. Because you have influence on the content and the assignment of the program, you are responsible for your own learning process!

- Physical Selection Event in Amersfoort (10th of September) compromising the following elements:
- Company presentation
- Introduction of participants
- Group assignment
- Presentation of the case
- Feedback moment
- Selection of our preferred trainees (2 placements).
- Receive your personal job offer (mid September).
- Starting on Monday, the 5th of October.
A few hours after the selection event, all the candidates will be called to let you personally know if we will continue with you to the personal interviews round or not.
