We're looking for a Kitchen Coordinator / Head Chef who will oversee our daily kitchen operations, lead the kitchen team, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure everything runs efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily kitchen operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the kitchen team.
- Prepare fresh meals from scratch using seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Plan production and organize daily kitchen workflows.
- Monitor food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimize food waste.
- Work closely with management to continuously improve our menu and kitchen processes.
What We're Looking For
- Spanish speaking
- Good command of English (required).
- Proven experience managing a professional kitchen.
- Experience leading and coordinating kitchen teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Hands-on attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Passion for healthy, sustainable, high-quality food.
- Experience in catering or high-volume food production is a strong advantage.
