Buying Coordinator – Drive Impact Through Global Supply Chains

Your role
You are at the heart of our international operations, managing procurement processes from start to finish. In a fast-paced and sometimes complex environment, you keep overview, bring structure, and ensure accuracy. Your work directly supports humanitarian aid and healthcare systems worldwide.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate the full procurement process from request to delivery
- Request and evaluate supplier quotations (price, lead time, specifications)
- Support sourcing of new products and suppliers
- Advise Buyers and Sales on best offers and solutions
- Collect and manage product documentation (e.g. specifications, certificates)
- Negotiate within your scope (pricing, terms)
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (products, suppliers, pricing)
- Ensure up-to-date pricing of the core assortment
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, QA, and Finance
Who you are
You are proactive, structured, and thrive in a dynamic, international environment. You keep a clear overview, even when things get complex, and take ownership to get things done.
You bring:
- MBO-level qualification with ~3 years of experience in procurement or logistics and HBO working and thinking level
- Experience in an international trading environment (plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
- Fluent in English
