About TriGlobal
TriGlobal is an international lead-generation platform for the moving industry. Through our network of consumer websites (including Sirelo) and affiliate partners, we connect people planning an international or domestic move with trusted moving companies in over 100 countries. Our small, international team works with a high degree of autonomy and ownership; with a lot of room to take initiative and figure things out.
The Role
We are looking for a junior International Sales & Affiliate Partnerships Executive to grow and manage our network of affiliate partners (websites, platforms, and businesses that send moving requests into the TriGlobal network) while supporting the commercial success of the partnerships you build.
This is a hybrid role: roughly half your time will be spent on outbound/inbound acquisition of new affiliate partners across international markets, and half on account management, onboarding new affiliates, monitoring their lead quality and volumes, and keeping existing relationships healthy and growing.
This is an ideal first or second commercial role for someone who wants real responsibility early: you will own a pipeline, manage live partner relationships, and see the direct revenue impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate acquisition: Identify and research potential affiliate partners (relocation platforms, expat websites, comparison sites, real-estate and logistics adjacents) across international markets.
- Outbound & negotiation: Run structured outreach by email, phone, and LinkedIn; qualify prospects, present the TriGlobal affiliate proposition, and negotiate commercial terms within agreed frameworks.
- Onboarding: Guide new affiliates through technical and commercial onboarding, working with our development team to get tracking and lead delivery live quickly.
- Account management: Monitor affiliate performance including request volumes, match rates, and lead quality. Spot issues early, and act on them proactively rather than waiting for complaints.
- Growth & reviews: Prepare periodic performance reviews for key affiliates, identify growth opportunities (new markets, new routes, higher volumes), and pursue upsells.
- Pipeline discipline: Keep the CRM/ERP accurate and up to date: log all activity, maintain pipeline hygiene, and follow up consistently.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with the mover-facing sales team and partner desk to ensure affiliate-sourced leads meet the quality our moving partners expect.
What You Bring
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or a commercial internship motivation and coachability matter more than years.
- Fluent, professional English (written and spoken); an additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian) is a strong plus.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone and writing clear, concise emails.
- Structured and self-organised: you follow up on time, keep systems tidy, and can prioritise a portfolio without close supervision.
- Commercially curious: you enjoy understanding how a partner makes money and finding win-win arrangements.
- Comfortable with data: you are able to read basic performance dashboards and use numbers in partner conversations.
- Affinity with digital business models (lead generation, affiliate marketing, online platforms) is a plus, as is any exposure to the moving, relocation, or travel industries.
What We Offer
- Real ownership from day one in a small, international, informal team.
- Direct exposure to international B2B sales, partnership negotiation, and account management.
- Clear growth path towards a mid-level partnerships or account-management role.
- Competitive entry-level salary with performance-based incentives.
- Training on our platform, tools, and the international moving industry.
