We are currently looking for a Medior/Senior IT Lab Support Consultant to join Genmab in Utrecht. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing IT systems within a laboratory environment.
About the role
As an IT Lab Support Consultant, you will ensure reliable, secure, and compliant operation of laboratory IT systems. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the integration of Merus into Genmab.
Key responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, support, and lifecycle management of lab IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within laboratory environments (Merus & Genmab)
- Independently contribute to integration activities within the IT lab engineering domain
- Report progress and results via ServiceNow, Jira, and project tracking tools
- Support migration of lab computers to a secure VLAN structure (DHCP reservations, DNS, networking, Active Directory)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, preferably in lab or regulated environments
- Experience delivering IT solutions and participating in IT processes and projects
- Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., GLP, GxP, GDPR)
- Basic knowledge of relevant IT technologies (networking, AD, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Salaris: €3.700,00 - €4.000,00 per maand
