Leidinggevende Head of PDS & Tetris Northern Cluster
Functiesamenvatting/Doelstellingen Verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de ontwikkeling en operationele activiteiten van PDS en Tetris diensten in Nederland. De functie omvat een breed scala aan activiteiten, met name gericht op de kantoor-, industrie-, logistiek-, hospitality- en retailsectoren, maar niet beperkt tot deze gebieden. Enige reistijd is noodzakelijk om de verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie te vervullen.
Sterke vaardigheden in klantrelatiebeheer zijn essentieel, evenals het vermogen om nieuwe business development initiatieven binnen andere JLL dienstverleningen te ondersteunen. Essentiële taken en verantwoordelijkheden Specifieke taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
Strategisch plannen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van PDS Global business initiatieven in de lokale markt;
Actief ondersteunen van en bijdragen aan Northern Cluster targets en resultaten;
Cultiveren en onderhouden van sterke relaties met lokale en internationale klanten (waaronder projectontwikkelaars, investeerders en vastgoedeigenaren) om nieuwe zakelijke kansen te genereren;
Effectief cross-selling van adviesdiensten vanuit andere business lines tijdens klantgesprekken;
Toezicht houden op en managen van projecten die door het team worden uitgevoerd;
Waarborgen dat projectimplementatie voldoet aan contractuele verplichtingen en toezeggingen;
Versterken en verbeteren van het marktprofiel van PDS en Tetris;
Identificeren en ontwikkelen van groeimogelijkheden voor Project Management en Tetris medewerkers om nieuwe opdrachten te verwerven en huidige dienstverlening uit te breiden;
Zorgen voor tijdige levering van hoogwaardige diensten die de verwachtingen van klanten overtreffen;
Actief deelnemen aan kennisuitwisseling binnen het PDS EMEA netwerk;
Optreden als mentor om de professionele ontwikkeling en carrièregroei van teamleden te bevorderen;
Toezicht houden op en zorgen voor succesvolle implementatie en levering van jaarlijkse budgetten;
Deelnemen aan business development evenementen en vergaderingen;
Actief bijdragen aan het bedrijfsmanagement door regelmatige deelname aan senior management vergaderingen, het bieden van ondersteuning en het uitwisselen van kritieke informatie om nieuwe klanten te werven;
Naleven en promoten van de Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics.

Job Summary/Goals
Responsible for overseeing the development and operations of PDS and Tetris services in The Netherlands. The role encompasses a diverse range of activities, primarily focused on office, industrial, logistic, hospitality, and retail sectors, but not limited to these areas. Some travel will be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
Strong client relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to support new business development initiatives across other JLL service lines. These competencies are critical to achieving success in this role and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategically planning, developing, and implementing PDS global business initiatives in local market;
Actively supporting and contributing to Northern Cluster targets and results;
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with local and international clients (including developers, investors, and property owners) to generate new business opportunities;
Effectively cross-selling advisory services from other business lines during client engagements;
Overseeing and managing projects executed by the team;
Ensuring project implementation aligns with contractual obligations and commitments;
Enhancing and strengthening the market profile of PDS and Tetris;
Identifying and developing growth opportunities for Project Management and Tetris employees to secure new orders and expand current service offerings;
Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services that exceed client expectations;
Actively participating in knowledge exchange within the PDS EMEA network;
Serving as a mentor to foster team members' professional development and career growth;
Overseeing and ensuring successful implementation and delivery of annual budgets;
Engaging in business development events and meetings;
Actively contributing to company management through regular participation in senior management meetings, providing support and exchanging critical information to secure new clients;
Adhering to and promoting the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics.
