The job
As a Process Engineer at Anteryon, you play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our high-precision manufacturing processes. You will bridge the gap between R&D, engineering, and production, ensuring that new products and processes meet our high standards for quality, precision, and efficiency.
You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with production teams, engineers, and quality specialists to continuously improve and innovate our manufacturing capabilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Develop, document, and optimize production and machining processes for complex optical and mechanical components

Analyze process performance and implement improvements to increase yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance stability

Evaluate and design new CNC tools, fixtures, waxes, and process materials to enhance accuracy and throughput

Collaborate with R&D and engineering to ensure a seamless design-to-manufacturing transition

Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions using data-driven methodologies
We are looking for
-
A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or Industrial Engineering)

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a high-tech or precision manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of machining processes (drilling, milling, grinding, polishing) and 5-axis manufacturing.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English (Dutch is a strong plus)

Knowledge or experience in glass or ceramics processing is a definite advantage
