We are an international innovator in the industrial computer industry, currently expanding our EMEA team. To support this growth, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Coordination: Provide day‑to‑day support for customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage sales orders related to our industrial computer solutions.
- Headquarters Liaison: Maintain close collaboration with the Taiwan headquarters to ensure alignment on product availability, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
- Sales Team Support: Serve as a key internal point of contact for the external sales team, delivering timely and effective inside sales support to facilitate revenue growth.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information within the Sales Hub CRM system, support opportunity tracking, and assist in the preparation of periodic sales reports and forecasts.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold a high standard of customer service through professional communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A completed bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in the Industrial PC (IPC) or embedded systems market is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: As the role involves frequent communication with our Taiwan headquarters, fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is considered a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Sales Hub CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competencies & Work Style: A self‑driven, well‑organized professional who demonstrates strong teamwork skills and performs effectively in a dynamic, international working environment.
