You ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of our financial data. By leading and coordinating the period end close process, you help deliver timely and reliable financial reporting across the organization. You challenge financial information, identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen the overall control environment. Your analytical approach helps create transparency and supports management teams in making well informed decisions. At the same time, you contribute to the further professionalization of our finance function and prepare the organization for future growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and improving the FSC period end close process for the entities in scope
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and validating general ledger data
- Analyzing financial results and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Standardizing and improving balance sheet specifications and reconciliation processes within the Record to Report team
- Maintaining process documentation, strengthening controls and supporting automation initiatives
In the future, the team will also take responsibility for preparing local statutory annual accounts, creating additional opportunities to broaden your impact.
