- Lead the Service Assurance & Compliance value stream and ensure that risk management, quality management, audit readiness, governance reporting, and compliance activities are effectively organized and continuously improved.
- Maintain and actively manage the risk register, ensuring that risks are visible, mitigation actions are tracked, and progress is monitored.
- Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring it remains practical, relevant, and aligned with Service Management processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, organize evidence collection, and ensure findings and improvement actions are followed through to completion.
- Work closely with other service assurance & compliance leads and stakeholders to embed assurance and compliance requirements into daily operations without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Provide clear governance reporting and management information, enabling informed decision-making and visibility of the organization’s compliance posture.
- Promote a culture of accountability, quality, transparency, and continuous improvement across the Service Management environment.
