Leading a project team and provide in this supervisory level technical, operational and administrative support to all the phases of the project.
Reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsible for implementation of Company’s health and safety on site along with SHEQ site/project engineer

To develop strong, positive health and safety attitudes among those employees reporting directly to them.

Provide guidance to their project team

Ensure minimum acceptable health and safety standards within Company are maintained
-
Analysing / suggesting potential hazards related to the execution of projects and initiating risk assessments.

Seeking advice from H & S responsible persons if expert technical, organisational or procedural action is required.

Ensuring the employment of sufficiently trained and qualified personnel and Contractors.
-
Controlling the observance of the H & S regulations imposed by Laws and required by COMPANY Policies.

Review and approve risk assessments and method statements and programmes developed by contractors and project personnel
-
Executing inspections, pointing out non-conformances and checking follow-up.

Ensuring all personnel understand the regulations and information concerning H & S
-
Applying the same rules to subcontractors’ personnel

Investigating and reporting accidents, incidents, dangerous situations or events and near-misses

Master English in all aspects;

Completed master education or similar;General offshore / marine experience 15 years;
