In this role, you strengthen and shape Odido’s Internal Control System (ICS) across the entire organization. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Finance, IT, and the business to ensure that risks are well understood and controls operate effectively.
You guide a small, skilled team. You coach process and control owners, support them in adopting best practices, and help elevate control maturity across the company. You create clarity, build trust, and enable others to perform at their best.
You oversee the internal control framework, ensure controls remain effective, and spot opportunities to improve business, finance, and IT processes. You play a central role in monitoring control quality and compliance.
You coordinate internal and external audits, manage follow-up actions, and ensure that remediation activities are completed and embedded in daily operations.
You help management understand risks, controls, and key dependencies. You support them in making informed decisions and build risk awareness throughout the organization.
You prepare meaningful reports for senior leaders and the Supervisory Board, offering insight into the status of the internal control environment and progress on key initiatives.
You lead the development and maintenance of our ICS tooling, explore opportunities for automation, and make data-driven improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.
We want to become the most human-centred telecom provider in the Netherlands. That ambition requires sharp choices, healthy numbers and a solid financial foundation. You make sure we know where we stand, where we can go, and which choices will get us there. Even if you're not in the spotlight, without your work nobody else can make a difference. Because when the numbers add up, the analyses are sharp and the reasoning is solid, colleagues can make decisions with confidence, and that's where every step forward begins.
At Odido we're there for each other. We see each other's talents. We listen and always look at what's possible, even when the numbers seem to say something different at first. Because you're at your best when you can grow, Odido gives you all the space you need for that. Together we look at where your ambition and talent lie, and make sure you get the opportunities to grow in your own way, whether that's deepening your expertise, a broader business role, or a step towards leadership.
At Odido, you drive decisions that have real financial impact.
You turn insights into action and help steer business performance across the organization.

Being naturally curious and interested in the technology we work with and the industry we're in helps enormously.
