- Language: Communicative English or Dutch (minimum A2) to understand tasks and safety instructions.
- Accommodation & Transport: Must have own housing and reliable transport to Nieuwkoop.
- Physical Fitness: Ready for physical work and a two-shift schedule.
- Experience: Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a strong advantage, but not a must.

Wat ga je doen?
- Bedienen van productiemachines (volledige training on-the-job aanwezig).
- Controleren of het productieproces soepel verloopt en de kwaliteit optimaal is.
- Reageren op kleine technische storingen in samenwerking met de technische dienst.
- Ondersteunen van het team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de productiehal.
Wat wij vragen:
- Taalvaardigheid: Communicatief Engels of Nederlands (minimaal A2) om instructies te kunnen begrijpen.
- Woonruimte & Vervoer: Je beschikt over eigen huisvesting en eigen vervoer naar Nieuwkoop.
- Inzet: Bereidheid om fysiek werk te verrichten en te werken in een 2-ploegendienst.
- Ervaring: Ervaring in de productie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
