Who will you work with?
As an Employer Brand Marketeer, you will play a key role within our Recruitment team. You will collaborate closely with Recruiters and the Recruitment Lead, focusing on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing initiatives that position Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC) as an Employer of Choice. Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with our Corporate Communications team to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand message across all platforms and channels, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the job market.
What you will be working on

Renew and Strengthen our Employer Brand: Initiate and lead the renewal of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and enhance our employer branding through targeted recruitment marketing strategies. Use data-driven insights and labor market data to identify and engage specific audience segments, inspiring the right candidates to join HMC.

Develop and Manage Recruitment Marketing Activities: Create and optimize content for internal and external (social media) channels, including job vacancy texts, marketing campaigns, and the Careers Webpage. Coordinate the Social Media Calendar and develop content strategies to maximize engagement. Implement and oversee the Employee Ambassador Program to build brand advocacy.

Utilize Data and Technology to Optimize Recruitment: Leverage labor market data and recruitment marketing tools, including CMS systems and social media platforms, to analyze market trends and refine recruitment strategies. Apply data-driven insights to enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall recruitment process.

Coordinate Campus and Networking Events: Manage the Campus Events Calendar and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and student associations to attract emerging talent. Represent HMC at campus events and other networking opportunities to enhance our employer presence.

Collaborate and Support Cross-Functional Projects: Work closely with the Recruitment team, HR, and Corporate Communications to support various ad hoc projects, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with overall organizational goals.
