The Junior Test Baker will work in a multidisciplinary project team for developing new enzymes and ingredients and will functionally report to the Application Scientist.
Key activities for this position include:
Perform and develop baking tests and instrumental measurements
Report data in an accurate and precise manner
Understand bakery process and baking ingredients
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- In-depth knowledge of baking processes and techniques - Previous experience as a baker is an advantage.
- Bakery degree or relevant vocational qualification
- Proficiency in using baking equipment and software applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
