The Role: As a Bartender at Zack & Zill, you'll be the heart of our bar, responsible for delivering outstanding service and crafting delicious beverages. You'll work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, take accurate drink and food orders, and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails & mocktails, signature drinks, wine, and beer, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any seasonal specials.
- Monitor bar inventory, assist with stocking, and communicate supply needs to management.
- Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and manage cash transactions.
- Verify legal drinking age by checking identification and adhere to all responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to provide excellent service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup, cleaning, and securing the premises.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment (minimum 1 years preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age (More than 18 years old).
- Flexible to work in the weekends.
