As a Senior Salesforce Developer at CaseNine, you will play a key role on our team. You will be responsible for developing advanced solutions within the Salesforce environment, acting as a mentor and leader for junior and medior developers. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and lead the implementation of these solutions.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with in-depth knowledge of Apex and Lightning.
- You hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
- You have a strong focus on delivering high-quality and scalable Salesforce solutions, continuously striving to improve quality and maintainability.
- You have excellent analytical skills and are able to dissect and solve complex problems.
- You have experience coaching and mentoring junior and medior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to strengthen the team.
- You are proactive, flexible and can handle changes and challenges well within a dynamic work environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Completed college or university education in, for example, computer science or a similar field.
- Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, preferably within complex Salesforce implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript and experience developing Lightning Components.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions, including setting up complex Apex classes and triggers, developing custom Lightning Components and integrating external systems.
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools and best practices for automating development and release processes.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering concepts and design patterns, with the ability to apply them in Salesforce development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating development according to these methodologies.
- You have experience with Salesforce DX and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) within Salesforce development.
- You have experience developing complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- You have experience leading technical teams and managing Salesforce projects from concept to implementation.
