Job Description:
The role involves food preparation and fulfilling orders. Cleaning duties are also part of the position. You will work closely with the service staff to provide excellent service and ensure guests are satisfied with their visit to the restaurant. You will report to the assistant manager and the manager.
Tasks:
- preparatory work such as plating dishes, preparing soups, etc.
- processing orders
- ensuring dishes look excellent when leaving the kitchen
- maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the facilities
- tidying up and cleaning duties
Knowledge and skills:
- reliable
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- friendly and positive personality; proactive in offering extra service
- able to switch quickly between different tasks
