About Gyrari
Gyrari is a supplier of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and an integration partner for its customers. We provide solutions for a wide range of industries, including automotive, utility, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and industrial machinery.
In addition to our BMS solutions, Gyrari offers engineering support, prototyping, small-series production, and service support throughout the entire product development cycle.
We work closely with customers and suppliers across Central Europe, enabling us to combine industry expertise, local support, and a strong network of technology partners to deliver innovative and reliable energy solutions.
Furthermore, Gyrari is bringing the STIGY fully electric power trowel machines into production, contributing to the transition towards cleaner and more sustainable construction equipment.
What Makes This Role Unique?
At Gyrari, you will not be limited to designing components behind a desk. You will be involved throughout the entire product development process, from concept creation to testing and validation.
In this role you will:
- Develop products from concept to production.
- Work directly with customers and end users.
- Collaborate closely with electrical and software engineers.
- Build and test prototypes yourself in our workshop.
- Work on innovative battery and electrification projects.
- Contribute to both customer projects and Gyrari's own product developments.
- Have a direct impact on technical decisions and company growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Create concept designs in CAD during the early stages of product development.
- Develop detailed CAD designs, including tolerancing and strength analyses.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Support design processes such as FMEA.
- Collaborate closely with electrical and software engineers to develop integrated solutions.
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure efficient feedback and collaboration.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with CAD software such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, and machining.
- Experience with product development from concept through production.
- Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Ability and willingness to work on a variety of projects and technologies.
- Knowledge of electronics and battery systems is considered an advantage.
