Bij het Sigma Coatings Center begint de dag vroeg en bruisend. Al om 07:00 uur staan de eerste vakschilder-klanten op de stoep - niet alleen voor hun verf, maar ook voor een goede kop koffie en een gezellig praatje. Jij bent het gezicht dat ze begroet, adviseert en helpt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt het juist zo leuk!
Wat ga je doen?
Als Allround Filiaalmedewerker Sigma Coatings ben jij de spil in onze servicecenters in Bergen op Zoom en Breda. Je combineert klantgerichtheid met praktische skills en een flinke dosis enthousiasme:

Je adviseert klanten over verf, kleurcombinaties en toepassingen - jij bent hun go-to expert.

Je mengt kleuren op maat en zorgt dat bestellingen op tijd en correct klaarstaan.

Je zorgt dat de winkel er strak en uitnodigend uitziet - een plek waar klanten graag komen.
-
Je houdt de voorraad op peil en verwerkt inkomende goederen efficiënt.

Je informeert klanten actief over acties en promoties - jij weet wat er speelt.

Je werkt samen met een hecht team dat elkaar motiveert en versterkt.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Je start de dag met het openen van de winkel, zet de koffie klaar en begroet de eerste klanten. Tussendoor meng je kleuren, check je de voorraad en zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je schakelt snel tussen adviesgesprekken, logistieke taken en het bijhouden van de winkel. En dat alles in een fijne sfeer, met collega’s die net zo gedreven zijn als jij.
Wat breng jij mee?

Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en hebt affiniteit met verf, kleur en materialen.

Ervaring in retail, logistiek of techniek? Top! Maar jouw motivatie telt het meest.

Je bent zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en houdt van een actieve werkdag.

Je floreert in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Je bent in het bezit van een auto.
