As a Program Manager, you'll lead cybersecurity programs that bring together multiple related projects, all aimed at helping our clients achieve their strategic goals. We deliver services through an approach that strengthens our clients' cyber resilience across people, processes, and technology.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and manage large-scale client programs, each with an annual turnover exceeding €800K, and act as the primary advisor for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including CISO’s, IT Managers, Security Officers, and board members. Your main goal is to ensure high-quality project outcomes and maximize client satisfaction.
You will be part of a team spread across Europe. The team is all about collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset. We value face-to-face connections and meet quarterly in different European cities to strategize, bond, and grow together.
What will you do as our Program Manager:

Assessment: analyze clients' cybersecurity needs and develop strategies and solutions accordingly;

Strategic Alignment: ensure that cybersecurity projects are aligned with overall business goals and strategies. This involves understanding the client’s business and objectives;

Strategy: develop security roadmaps for clients with the goal of delivering multidisciplinary services in a business partner role to these clients;

Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across different business units. This includes regular communication and collaboration to ensure cybersecurity efforts support business needs;

Program management: coordinate and oversee the projects within the program and possibly manage projects yourself. This includes planning, projects oversight, program governance, resource optimization across projects and reporting;

Collaboration: engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction, aiming to establish a long-term relationship with the client;

Subject matter expertise: contribute content-wise to the sales of programs and projects through translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders during sales processes;

Team development: coach, guide and motivate consultants working on projects in the program(s) you are responsible for, and keep close contact with team leads in the organization to ensure that consultants work on projects with enjoyment and strength.
You are a Program Manager with:

Relevant experience as a program manager (you may be PMP or PRINCE2 certified);

Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a client-oriented role, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and challenges;

Familiarity with cybersecurity directives (NIS2, CRA), information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF), and product security standards (IEC 62443), with hands-on implementation experience;

Strong commercial skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful assignments;

Experience managing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their potential;

Cross-cultural and international team management expertise for geographically distributed European operations;

The ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with broader business objectives and strategies.
