About the Role
As Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain exceptional culinary standards, and lead the kitchen team with professionalism and inspiration. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization standards
- Assist with menu development, seasonal concepts, and cost control
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and operational efficiency
- Take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
