As a Program Manager at TMC, you are responsible for setting up, managing, and controlling integrated programs within areas such as infrastructure, mobility, energy transition, water safety, and spatial development. These programs involve multiple projects and sub-tasks running in parallel, where administrative, societal, and technical interests are closely intertwined. You ensure coherence between projects, safeguard the strategic objectives, and establish an effective governance and decision-making structure. Additionally, you are responsible for the overall program: from scope and phasing to finances, risks, capacity, and quality. You act as a sparring partner for clients and executives, translating complex challenges into clear choices and concrete results. You work on assignments for organizations such as (local) governments, provinces, water boards, grid operators, and public organizations. While the programs and projects vary, your role consistently focuses on integrated management and creating clarity and calm in a dynamic environment. You understand the technical and substantive context sufficiently to make strategic decisions without needing to be the content specialist yourself. At TMC, you work with recognized program and project management methodologies, such as MSP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar approaches. You apply these pragmatically and are given the space to further develop your skills in program management, governance, and leadership, aligned with your ambitions.
