Then we're looking for you: our Key Account Manager Retail NL will join the NL sales team to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive healthy growth and increase distribution for Holie's in the Netherlands.
As our Key Account Manager Retail, you are a driver of growth. By boosting revenue and expanding Holie’s footprint across the Dutch retail landscape, focusing on Superunie members and online retailers like Plus, Dirk, Vomar and Picnic, you help make the Netherlands a little healthier every day. Based on your experience, we will define the exact set of customers, potentially including Jumbo.

Key account management: You are responsible for making business plans and executing them accordingly. You nurture and enhance business with existing partners, develop a strong long-term partnership, and make them part of our mission. You set ambitious goals to maximize your results. By always keeping the long term in mind, you make smart decisions over short-term wins. By monitoring sales and market opportunities you act proactively to avoid unexpected decline in sales and seize opportunities. We can physically find you in the supermarket regularly.

Category management: You will use market data to make analyses, draw conclusions, and use the outcomes to work on custom-made plans for your accounts. This includes trade marketing plans and promotion plans. You can think of activations or other forms of branding on the shop floor to create more awareness and sales.

Forecasting, promotions & budgeting: Next to the fun stuff, it is crucial to keep an overview of what you and your customers are doing. We are a small team, so we don’t have an assistant that helps you out, you are responsible for things like forecasting, promo planning, promo proposals, budgeting, etc. This ensures that you always deliver (often literally) what you have promised.

3+ years of experience in account management (preferably in FMCG)

Fluent in Dutch and English.
