Advise, initiate, create and implement BCM at your clients;

Performing Business Impact Analyses and Risk Assessments;

Aligning Business Continuity Management programs with ISO 22301 and NIST requirements;

Participate in (hands-on) building the training portfolio;

Developing and enhancing our Business Continuity and Risk Management services;

Assist clients in complying with the new NIS2 regulation by organizing crisis exercises for Boards and Crisis Teams;

Be visible at industry and corporate events and have the ambition to become the face towards our clients for our services;

Support business continuity, crisis management and incident response activities.

Experience in developing BCM programs and successfully executing with their implementation;

Preferably Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Business Continuity Institute (BCI) or other relevant certifications;

Good communication skills (both oral and written) in Dutch and English. You must be able to advise and speak at operational, strategic and tactical levels;

Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery is an advantage. Crisis Management and/or Incident Response is a nice to have.
