You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, support internal events, and help new colleagues feel at home. This role is perfect if you enjoy organizing, communicating with people, and taking ownership of your environment.

Keep the office organised, tidy, and well-stocked

Support daily office operations and facility-related tasks

Welcome new colleagues and help them feel at home

Communicate with suppliers (Dutch required)

Help organise internal events, celebrations, and office activities

Support in creating a positive and engaging office environment

Take initiative in improving office processes and experience

Be the go-to person for practical office support and coordination

Enrolled in an MBO or HBO program in Office Management, Facility Management, or similar

Available 4–5 days per week for at least 5 months (starting September 2026)

Hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn

Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment

Good communication skills in English

Dutch fluency is mandatory (due to supplier communication)

Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility

Experience in hospitality, office support, or event organization
