As a Production & Cleaning Operator, you will play an important role in both the production and cleaning processes within the food industry. At the start of your shift, you will work around the plate freezing process, helping to load and unload products and ensuring the process runs smoothly.
You will work with animal by-products such as intestines and stomachs, so it is important that you are comfortable working in this environment. After production is completed, you and your colleagues will clean and sanitize the production area. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys physical work, taking responsibility, and learning new skills.

As a Production & Cleaning Operator, you will work in the food industry where product quality, hygiene, and safety are essential. You will be involved in the complete process, from supporting production activities to ensuring the workplace is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next production cycle.
Part of your shift is dedicated to the plate freezing process, where products are frozen quickly and efficiently using refrigerated freezing plates. Once production is completed, you and your colleagues will spend approximately 2 to 3 hours cleaning and sanitizing the production environment.
