What will you do?
- Prepare and process quotations
- Maintain and update pricing information
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and alternatives
- Respond to quotation requests
- Proactively identify solutions when products are unavailable
- Maintain close customer contact and manage priorities effectively
- Collaborate with and support colleagues within the team
What do you bring?
- MBO-level education and working/thinking ability
- Good command of English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Basic SAP knowledge is a plus
