As a Multimedia Production Assistant Intern, your mission is to support and own the full production pipeline for Dorel Juvenile’s European brands, including Maxi Cosi and Bebeconfort.
Working from our Eindhoven studio, you will help bring photo and video productions to life — from the first briefing to execution on set — while ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and on time delivery. You play a key role in enabling our producers, creatives, and external partners to do their best work.
- Support photo and video shoots as a production assistant, both in the studio and on location
- Work closely with producers during the pre production phase, helping to prepare and organize shoots from A to Z
- Translate creative briefings into clear shotlists and storyboards, together with the inhouse Photograper and Videograpers
- Plan and schedule meetings, and production timelines
- Maintain active communication with external partners such as modeling and location agencies, make-up artist, stylist, gaffers, lighting and photography assistants, etc.
- Request, and process quotations and invoices from our external parties
- Monitor and follow up on deadlines (storyboards, shortlists, asset delivery)
- Ensure all parties are aligned on expectations, timing, and requirements
- Besides supporting our Producers on projects you will also have the chance to independently coordinate productions, with a producer overseeing the project
- Studying at MBO or HBO level (we are accredited for MBO internships)
- Background in Multimedia, Media Production, Communication, Creative Business, or a related field
- Proactive, hands‑on, and eager to take responsibility
- Strong communicator who speaks up early when something is unclear or a deadline is at risk
- Comfortable and confident communicating in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Well‑organized and able to work within defined processes and timelines
- Not afraid to follow up or push for deliverables, even with experienced professionals
- Available to work on‑site in Eindhoven at least 4 days per week
