We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, supporting internal systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in enabling teams to work efficiently by providing technical support, managing systems, and implementing improvements.
This is a part-time position (12-20 hours per week) with a hybrid working model, including remote work and periodic presence in the Amsterdam office.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on Google Drive management, user access control, and system configuration
- Manage and support the company’s CRM system (HubSpot), including system administration, user support, and implementation of workflows, changes, and improvements
- Provide technical administration for internal tools, including:
- PeopleForce (technical support and troubleshooting)
- MessageBird (call flow administration for legal and helpline services)
- SendPulse (Telegram chatbot administration)
- Zapier (maintenance and optimization of integrations and automated workflows between systems)
- Deliver day-to-day IT support across the organization, assisting staff with technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of internal systems
- Manage hardware procurement, including selecting appropriate equipment and coordinating purchases
- Configure and deploy laptops and other devices, including system setup, account provisioning, and security configuration
- Provide user training and guidance on internal systems and tools
- Maintain device and asset management processes
- Ensure IT security and best practices, including 2FA, device security, and data access policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support non-technical users
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with IT security practices and access management
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
- Ukrainian language is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus or willingness to learn
