As an insurance transformation consultant, you will:
Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects
Work closely with clients to translate their strategy into actionable operating models
Drive operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing business processes, including automation
Contribute to developing technology strategies that align with business goals
Engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple functional areas, both internally and externally
Required Profile
Proven expertise in consulting and insurance
Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by challenges
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Dutch/French
Comfortable working both autonomously and in teams, with a creative and conscientious approach
Skilled in planning, scoping, and analysis
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, customer-focused, and passionate about the insurance industry
